Seki is a beautiful, traditional mountain
village surrounded by forests, green fields
and the Taurus Mountains. It is located at
the foot of Mount Eren, at an altitude of
1250 metres. Anyone travelling from Antalya
to Fethiye during the winter will pass along
the snow covered slopes of the Seki Plateau
before the road winds down on to the Fethiye
plain. Seki is 40miles -a one hour drive -
from Fethiye, and it is 5 miles from the
main Antalya road. Due to its altitude Seki
is cooler and less humid than other areas
around Fethiye, with average temperatures of
28C during the summer months.
